Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen security posture, reduce risk, and enable business objectives.

You will partner with cybersecurity leaders, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives to drive outcomes across multiple domains. The role emphasizes translating strategy into execution, managing risks, and delivering initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, teams and contractors in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading complex technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or security-related initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering initiatives in domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Security, Network Security, Governance, Product/Application Security, or Security Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives across domains such as Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Network Security, Cloud Security, and Governance.
• Establish and maintain project reporting with progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
