Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years leading cross-functional projects, programs in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading complex technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or security initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Network Security, Governance, Product/ Application Security, or Security Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project management disciplines including planning, risk management, governance, and reporting.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and status reports.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, and vendor engagements.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently in complex environments.
• Fluency in ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives across domains such as Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud, Network, and Governance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting with progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, goals, and timeline with approved objectives.
• Manage project financials, budgets, forecasts, and time tracking; coordinate with portfolio management.
• Drive accountability and resolve blockers; support vendor engagements and procurement when applicable.
• Ensure delivery artifacts, governance requirements, and controls are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote consistent delivery practices and adapt to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models as needed.
• Lead project teams and contractors, mentoring junior PMs.
