Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives in a remote-capable role across the United States.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years leading cross-functional technology projects and programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Experience delivering initiatives across cybersecurity domains.
• Strong project management disciplines: planning, risk, governance, and reporting.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with project financials, budgets, forecasting, and vendor engagements.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in ServiceNow PPM for project financials and resource allocation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives across domains such as Identity Security, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud / Network / Application Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting with visibility into progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align project execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, goals, and timeline while ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Manage project financials in partnership with portfolio management, including budgets and time tracking.
• Drive accountability for commitments and resolve blockers.
• Support vendor engagements and procurement planning when applicable.
• Ensure delivery artifacts and governance requirements are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote consistent delivery practices across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior PMs.
