Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of project management experience leading technology or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Experience in cybersecurity domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Network Security, or Governance.
• Strong planning, risk, dependency, governance, and reporting skills.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and reporting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with project financials, budgets, forecasts, and vendor engagements.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology groups, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Drive execution across domains such as IAM, PAM, Security Operations, Cloud and Network Security.
• Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, governance forums, and steering meetings.
• Identify risks, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigations.
• Establish reporting to show progress, risks, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders; support decisions with clear materials.
• Align project execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps; manage scope and timelines.
• Support budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and time tracking; address blockers.
