Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant within its Professional Services organization to lead strategic CXA and CCaaS implementations for customers, aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring excellence across the customer journey.

You will guide internal teams, partners, and clients during deployment, drive adoption post-implementation, and collaborate across Product and Support to address requests and issues while developing best-practice templates and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development in SaaS.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs for integrations.
• Working knowledge of foundation models, RAG, LLM orchestration and AI toolchains.
• Consultative approach with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Client management experience and professional communication are valued.
• Fluent written and spoken English, organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for customers, using best practices.
• Provide hands-on guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers during implementations.
• Drive post-implementation success and customer adoption with strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to address feature requests and issues.
• Develop CXA templates, playbooks, and best practices to streamline deployment.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives, guiding CXA strategy and success.
