MarketStar is seeking a Customer Success Team Manager to guide and motivate a team of Customer Success Representatives for our latest client. This remote US role focuses on pipeline management, performance coaching, and delivering value-driven customer success strategies.

You will analyze performance data, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to uncover opportunities while upholding risk/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer success or account management, preferably SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team to hit targets.
• Strong data-driven decision making and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive team to meet/exceed metrics and client expectations.
• Coach Customer Success Reps to hit daily, weekly, monthly targets.
• Collaborate with other CSMs to share best practices and solve problems.
