Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Credit Analyst III in Specialty Lending, preferably fully remote within eligible U.S. states.

The role focuses on underwriting complex lending transactions across litigation finance, fund finance, and leveraged lending, with emphasis on non-traditional collateral and advanced risk assessment. You will work with senior stakeholders to produce comprehensive credit analyses, support portfolio quality, and mentor junior analysts while staying current on regulatory developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience, preferably in specialty/structured lending.
• Strong proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Experience with asset-based, non-traditional, or specialty lending strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to loan committees.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors including litigation finance, fund finance, and leveraged lending.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures and assess collateral eligibility.
• Develop borrowing base calculations, advance rates, and collateral coverage for asset-based facilities.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for leadership and committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to underwriting process improvements.
• Monitor market, regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
