Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending for a remote US-based role. You will evaluate complex lending transactions across specialty sectors, including asset-based lending, litigation finance, and fund finance, while assessing non-traditional collateral and repayment sources.

You will prepare detailed risk assessments, support senior stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts. Candidates must reside in eligible US states and demonstrate strong credit judgment and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive credit analysis experience in specialty lending.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Experience with asset-based lending concepts, borrowing base, and collateral.
• Knowledge of litigation finance, fund finance, leveraged lending.
• Strong written and verbal communication for loan committees.
• Ability to independently evaluate complex credit structures.
• Location eligibility: reside in allowed US states.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex specialty lending transactions across sectors.

• Build borrowing base calculations and collateral eligibility.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for committees.
