Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending in the United States. You will evaluate complex lending transactions, including asset-based and non-traditional collateral, and prepare detailed risk assessments for credit decisions.

You will work with senior stakeholders, guide junior analysts, and monitor market developments to uphold underwriting standards while supporting a remote team across eligible states.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in progressive credit analysis, with specialty or non-traditional lending preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Ability to assess non-standard collateral and complex credit structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate collateral, repayment structures, and borrower risk with attention to detail.
• Build borrowing base calculations and analyze asset-based facilities.
• Prepare credit presentations for loan committees and senior management.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to underwriting practices.
