Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own the full creative lifecycle for performance advertising across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV. You will write briefs, direct production, edit video, and use AI tools to move quickly while maintaining premium brand quality.

You’ll collaborate with media, growth, and analytics teams to translate performance signals into compelling creative strategies that scale.

Qualifications

5+ years in performance-driven creative production.
Proven track record producing/directing high-performing paid-channel creative.
Strong performance creative intuition and brand taste.
Video editing fluency and hands-on production ability.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset bridging creative, media and analytics.
Experience with AI tools to accelerate production.

Responsibilities

Concept and produce end-to-end performance creative across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
Elevate visual quality, pacing, and storytelling to build brand and drive performance.
Monitor trends and adapt creative to platform formats and culture.
Develop hooks, angles and frameworks rooted in performance signals.
Translate data into creative direction with media/growth teams.
Manage agency/production partners and maintain quality standards.
Edit video directly and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting and asset generation.
