Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Craft Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for wind and solar craft roles across the United States. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers while coordinating onboarding and ensuring compliance with EEO/OFCCP requirements.

The role is remote nationwide with travel about 25% to project sites, collaborating with HR, Safety, and Field Ops teams to support staffing across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, construction industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for skilled craft positions across wind and solar construction projects.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers to meet staffing targets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse craft workers from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with project managers and HR to forecast labor needs and site readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and documentation to ensure smooth hiring processes.
