Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Craft Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting and onboarding craft and project support personnel for renewable energy projects across the United States. You will partner with TA Leads to execute recruiting strategies and fill roles in Safety, Quality, Administrative, Warehouse, and Laborer positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition coordination experience preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring and construction/renewable energy recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for craft and project support positions across renewable energy projects.
• Source, screen, qualify, and present candidates aligned with requirements and timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines via sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Ensure timely movement of candidates through recruiting stages and onboarding.
