Job summary

MasTec is seeking a Senior Craft Recruiter to execute full life cycle craft recruiting and onboarding across wind and solar construction projects. The role emphasizes pipeline development, candidate engagement, and process optimization to meet staffing targets.

This remote position supports U.S. projects with up to 25% travel; ensure DEI-aligned sourcing and keep compliant with EEO/OFCCP guidelines while delivering timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of craft recruiting or construction staffing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for career fairs and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled craft positions across wind and solar projects.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines from diverse sources.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment screening with HR.
• Maintain compliant recruiting practices and capture relevant metrics.
• Provide mentorship to junior recruiters and coordinate with project teams.
