Job summary

MasTec CE&I Services seeks a Mid- to Senior-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for infrastructure construction roles across multiple locations, including Tallahassee. This remote, nationwide role requires coordinating with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and drive the recruiting strategy.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions, build diverse pipelines, and optimize hiring processes while aligning with company growth in the Clean Energy &

Qualifications

• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a construction-related sector is preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs.
• Strong knowledge of OFCCP/EEO requirements and diversity recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to fill roles.
• Evaluate and improve hiring/interview processes and training opportunities.
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization.
• Build talent pipelines for current and upcoming opportunities.
• Ensure equal opportunity practices across hiring.
• Manage candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
