Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our infrastructure construction markets across the US. You will partner with company leaders to develop strategic recruitment plans and drive full lifecycle recruiting for roles ranging from schedulers to project managers.

This is a remote position, with preference for candidates in the Southeast, Central, or Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience; 1 year in construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; AIRS certification preferred.
• Experience sourcing resumes from multiple sources and using internet research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to act as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization.
• Create recruitment strategies using diverse channels to attract a broad candidate pool.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fill positions promptly and ensure fair hiring practices.
• Utilize ATS documentation and reporting to track recruiting activity.
