SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a virtual Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms across the United States. The role emphasizes generating leads, building a strong client base, and maintaining detailed sales records.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in selling court reporting services, a proven track record in sales, and a strong network of law firms. Bachelor’s degree required; remote work with a lucrative OTE of around $200,000+.

Qualificações

• 2+ years selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides leadership towards profitability and growth of sales territory.
• Establishes plans to expand the customer base and contributes to training programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Generate/qualify leads and grow current book of business organically.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales & promotional materials. Plan & conduct direct marketing activities.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze competing firms for market pricing, products, and services.
• Attend educational events, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and contracts to current/potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
