Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Territory Manager for Coronary to champion our portfolio across the designated U.S. territory. You will lead clinical engagements, educate clinicians, and partner with hospital administrators to drive adoption of advanced coronary technologies.

The role requires strong leadership in cath labs, data-driven decision making, and ability to influence pricing and contracts while traveling up to 50% of the time. Remote work within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices or life sciences.
• 6+ years with Associate’s degree.
• 4+ years with Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Promote Medtronic coronary portfolio across assigned territory.
• Provide technical and clinical leadership in cath labs during interventions.
• Deliver advanced clinical education to physicians, nurses and technicians.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and executive-level decision makers.
• Shape pricing strategies and drive contract negotiations with enterprise/strategic accounts.
• Develop territory/account plans addressing clinical, economic, and competitive dynamics.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
