Job summary

Medtronic Coronary is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive adoption of coronary therapies, CathWorks, and related solutions across a remote U.S. territory.

You will engage interventional cardiologists and cathlab teams, delivering clinical leadership and data-driven customer solutions. Responsibilities include building relationships with hospital leadership, shaping pricing strategies, and guiding account plans to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Required experience in sales, clinical, or related roles in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience supporting cathlabs and interventional cardiology teams.
• Ability to build credibility with physicians and healthcare leaders using data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the promotion and sale of Medtronic’s coronary portfolio across the assigned territory.
• Provide technical and clinical leadership in the cathlab during coronary procedures.
• Deliver advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders and executives.
• Partner with Enterprise Accounts and Sales Leadership to shape pricing and contracts.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans addressing clinical and economic dynamics.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
