Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Territory Manager for Coronary to promote our coronary portfolio and lead clinical education across a broad territory. You will engage interventional cardiologists and cath lab teams, deliver data-driven solutions, and collaborate with hospital stakeholders to drive access and contract strategies.

Remote role with up to 50% travel, residing within the territory. 50% travel and overnight stays are expected as new products launch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with HS diploma or 6+ with Associate or 4+ with Bachelor in sales/clinical roles in medical devices.
• Ability to present data‑driven solutions to physicians and healthcare leaders.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills for territory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion and sale of coronary portfolio across territory.
• Deliver advanced clinical education to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Build relationships with KOLs and senior clinicians.
• Shape pricing strategies and participate in contract negotiations.
• Develop territory and account plans addressing clinical and economic dynamics.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
