Job summary

Americares, a global health and disaster relief organization, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager. This remote role leads the contracts lifecycle management function, designs and implements a CLM framework, and supports the LCRM department in contracts review, dispute handling, and regulatory matters.

You will develop a comprehensive CLM program, oversee templates and workflows, and collaborate with Procurement, Compliance, and other teams.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years’ experience leading contracts management.
• Experience developing and overseeing the entire life cycle of contracts management for nonprofit organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a contracts lifecycle management (CLM) framework, including workflow mapping and templates.
• Manage the full CLM process, ensuring consistency, compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead the selection and rollout of software to centralize contract management and the repository.
• Define end-to-end CLM processes and develop interim solutions.
• Maintain and revise templates as needed and review assigned contracts.
• Collect and analyze key contract metrics to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support litigation management and regulatory matters as needed.
