Job summary

Actalent is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of clinical contracts and support vendor management within a global clinical research environment. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and vendors to ensure accurate processing of contracts, POs, and invoices in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of clinical contract or vendor management experience in pharma, CRO, or biotech.
• Experience negotiating CTAs and vendor contracts.
• Strong budgeting, PO management, invoice processing, and financial tracking.
• Proficient with contract management systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of clinical contracts from drafting to closeout.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, sites, and providers.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain vendor documentation.
• Create and monitor purchase orders to support trials and payments.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices with Finance for timely payments.
• Maintain data in contract management systems and ERP.
