Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Contracts Specialist for a 100% remote, 1-2 month engagement to support a national nonprofit focused on child and family well-being. You will review, redline, negotiate, and manage contracts; enhance reporting; and track renewals and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

The role requires hands-on contract experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote setting.

• Hands-on experience reviewing and redlining contracts.
• Experience supporting contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and processes.
• Experience tracking renewals, expirations, or obligations.
• Strong organizational and contract management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify contractual issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Available to start ASAP on a full-time, 1-2 month engagement.
