Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a remote-based associate to support grants and contracts processes for global health programs. You will work with program teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure agreements are accurate and compliant.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining contract documentation, tracking deadlines, and assisting with invoices, budgets, and planning documents to meet contractual requirements in a fully remote U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience for Associate; four years for Senior Associate.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of grants and contracts systems and processes.
• Prepare contract documentation, track deadlines, and assist with reviewing and processing invoices.
• Help program teams with budgets and planning documents to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
