Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Sales Contract Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead contract development, negotiation, and ongoing management in collaboration with the Hospital Sales team, ensuring compliant and competitive agreements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with CLM systems and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Travel may be required to attend meetings and conferences at Red Cross locations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts efficiently while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contract negotiations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in CLM software for contract management, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations while tracking deadlines and obligations.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and business units to ensure contracts meet organizational needs.
• Assess risks and implement strategies to mitigate liabilities.
• Maintain accurate contract records in contract management systems.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate execution.
• Ensure governance, policies adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve contract disputes with vendors, clients, or internal teams.
• Provide training on contract processes and best practices.
