Job summary

ERG seeks a Senior Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts—from proposal development through administration and closeout. You will advise clients and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage risk, and drive successful contract execution.

This senior role offers flexible work arrangements including remote and hybrid options, opportunities to mentor juniors, and contributions to continuous improvement of the Contracts Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of contract administration experience for govt contracts.
• Experience with GSA MAS, U.S. EPA, and/or DoD contracting is a plus.
• Strong proposal pricing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
• Solid understanding of FAR and contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP).

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts across the full lifecycle—from proposal development to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to provide contract support.
• Advise management on risk, compliance, and contract strategy.
• Negotiate pricing proposals with customers and partners.
• Develop and improve contracts policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor junior contract professionals and support training within the department.
• Support contract closeout activities and ensure timely resolution of items.
