Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior Contracts and Legal Operations Manager to join its Legal team. You will triage intake and negotiate standard agreements using templates and playbooks, while partnering with Attorneys on complex matters.

You will also shape contracting processes, templates, and reporting, and lead AI-driven improvements across Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and other teams in a fully remote US role.

Qualifications

• Experience handling commercial contracts and NDAs, MSAs, and orders.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and playbooks.
• Ability to drive AI-enabled improvements in contracting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Triage contract requests and negotiate standardized agreements within templates.
• Improve contracting processes, templates, and self-service materials across the business.
• Lead legal technology initiatives, reporting, and AI workflow improvements with cross-functional teams.
