GE Vernova is seeking a Sr. Contract Performance Manager to own the technical and financial outcomes of our customer’s power generation assets. This remote, full-time role bridges outage planning, technical leadership and contract management to deliver safe, reliable operation.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and long-term profitability. Frequent travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and 7 years in power generation.
• Minimum 5 years of technical field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/Steam Power.

Aufgaben

• Lead outages, parts and repairs through planning, scheduling and risk mitigation.
• Own the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) to ensure reliability and on-time maintenance.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer site teams and drive satisfaction.
• Identify waste and champion continuous improvement projects for efficiency.
• Own the contract’s bottom line including invoicing and cash collection.
