Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager (Industry – Customer Projects) to lead Power Conversion and Storage projects end-to-end, spanning engineering, procurement, manufacturing and installation. You will own the project and be accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, strict governance, and adherence to EHS and compliance standards; travel up to 25% and potential for remote options

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as Project Manager, leading mid to complex customer projects in the industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience leading teams with project scope within Electrical & Automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project execution and lead resources for medium to large projects including equipment-only or turnkey systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities to meet scope, cost, quality and schedule.
• Act as primary customer interface, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and foster trust across stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional project teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Own daily project operations and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Manage financial performance including revenue, margins, costs, cash collection and compliance.
