Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College (or High School Diploma with extensive power gen experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of knowledge in the power plant field services or contract management
• Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers; own the customer relationship and contribute to the business strategy
• Foster strong customer relationships; be the single point of contact and manage customer communication
• Be responsible for customer portfolio P&L and growth
• Develop and own site customer communication plans; coordinate GE/Customer reviews
• Oversee outage scope and parts planning; manage quotes and orders
• Lead outage resolution and Change Order processing
• Organize pre-outage and post-outage meetings and coordinate with FieldCore
