Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Contract Performance Manager to own the end-to-end operational and financial performance of customer power generation assets. You will lead outages, manage the Contractual Service Agreement, and serve as a technical advisor to site teams to improve reliability and profitability.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, on-time maintenance while optimizing the contract’s bottom line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associate’s degree from a college or a High School Diploma / GED and 7 years of experience in a power generation industry)
• Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
• Strong communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills are expected

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome as the Contract Performance Manager, ensuring technical and operational success of customer assets and contract profitability
• Lead outages, parts, and repairs from planning to proactive risk mitigation
• Be the primary owner of the CSA, driving safe, high-quality, on-time maintenance for reliability and performance
• Translate operational challenges into actionable solutions and drive responsiveness and customer satisfaction
• Identify waste and champion continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and profitability
