Job summary
GE Vernova seeks a Senior Project Management Leader to govern PMO for the Power Transmission portfolio, ensuring end-to-end execution, KPI delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration between factories and customers.
You will drive PM transformation, risk management, and contract negotiations while developing PM talent across a matrix organization. This remote US role offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management in large, multi-site environments.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings with strong supply chain understanding.
- Proven leadership and talent development in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Establish and improve PMO framework for the Switchgears product line across factories and regions.
- Oversee governance, processes, and stakeholder engagement to align with business objectives.
- Monitor portfolio health and KPI performance, providing executive visibility.
- Drive PM tools, templates, and methodologies across projects and teams.
- Lead major/strategic projects to secure delivery times and gross margins.
- Develop and coach PM teams and contract administrators; ensure safety and EHS leadership.
