Ōura seeks a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to drive end-to-end research for product development and innovation. You will translate consumer needs into actionable insights, partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver robust market research and strategic guidance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in consumer insights or market research, with 2+ years supporting software products at a tech company.
• Hands-on experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, in-house and with vendors.
• Experience designing and leading a research learning plan with guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end studies using mixed methods (secondary, qualitative, quantitative).
• Own ongoing monitoring of customer sentiment and disseminate insights to teams.
• Serve as insights partner to product teams across lifecycle with segmentation and persona development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Product, and User Research to share signals across teams.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear, actionable narratives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research design and synthesis.
