Job summary

Ōura is seeking a senior UX Researcher to elevate the discovery, evaluation, purchase, and management of Ōura products and membership online. The initial focus is the global DTC eCommerce experience with growth to Membership and Commercial/B2B as work expands.

This 6-month fixed-term remote US role prefers candidates in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston. You will lead holistic research across digital commerce, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate findings into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated user research practice shaping product strategy
• Experience evaluating digital commerce platforms, including B2B/enterprise SaaS or complex web apps
• Strong qualitative research mastery: interviews, usability studies, synthesis
• Ability to combine qualitative insights with analytics, telemetry, and experiments
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive communication

Responsibilities

• Spearhead holistic user research across digital commerce and portals
• Design and execute interviews, usability tests, and concept evaluation
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, Insights, Marketing, and Commercial partners
• Translate research into journey maps, entry point analysis, JTBD, goals, and friction maps
• Integrate qualitative findings with metrics and experiments, aligning to business goals
• Present themes to leadership linking customer motivation to product metrics
• Increase research operations efficiency with scalable templates and workflows
