Job summary

Ōura in the US seeks a senior UX Researcher to elevate the experience of discovering, evaluating, purchasing, and managing our products and Membership online. The role focuses on the global DTC eCommerce experience with growth into Membership and Commercial/B2B work.

You will conduct interviews, usability studies, journey maps, and synthesize findings into actionable guidance, partnering with Design, Product, and Engineering to align research with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated user research practice guiding end-to-end studies that shape product strategy.
• Experience evaluating digital commerce platforms, B2B, enterprise SaaS or complex web apps.
• Expert qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, and synthesis.
• Ability to unify qualitative findings with analytics, telemetry and experiments.
• Strong workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead holistic user research initiatives spanning digital commerce and enterprise portals.
• Design and execute interviews, usability evaluations, concept testing, and card sorting.
• Collaborate with Design, PM, Engineering, Insights, Marketing, and Commercial teams to surface priorities.
• Synthesize work into journey maps, Jobs to Be Done, and friction analysis.
• Assess experiences by mixing qualitative findings with analytics and experiments.
• Articulate themes to leadership, tying research to business metrics.
• Improve research operations with scalable templates and workflows.
