Circana seeks an Advanced Consumer Insights Sr Manager II to guide analytics projects addressing growth, brand, and innovation for clients. You will translate business challenges into research plans, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive revenue through insights and recommendations.

The role requires 7+ years of consulting-style data work, expertise in clustering, segmentation, and multivariate methods, and strong storytelling with executives. Remote US-based with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Four-year undergraduate degree required in Business, Marketing, Statistics or Data Science.
• 7+ years of experience in consultative data applications.
• Experience with clustering, segmentation, and multivariate methods.
• Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent project management and oral/written communication; PowerPoint storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Champion client success: translate business challenges into research solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project execution with quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
