Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer insights, market research, or related roles

Responsibilities

• Champion a consumer-first mindset across the marketing team and broader organization
• Lead cross-functional and agency partnerships to embed the consumer perspective in briefs, business cases, and sales materials
• Design and execute research projects informing marketing and innovation decisions
• Own vendor relationships and day-to-day project management, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Drive internal reporting and presentations tracking brand KPIs and consumer metrics
• Build and evolve OLIPOP’s consumer knowledge, research tools, and insights capabilities
• Monitor industry trends and translate them into brand and product recommendations
