Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to lead customer research and translate insights into product and marketing strategy. Take ownership of segmentation, behavior analysis, and storytelling to impact omni-channel initiatives.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams, leveraging tools like Tableau, Qualtrics, and Excel to deliver actionable recommendations. This role is fully remote in the USA with global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related roles.
• Proven ability to design and execute both qualitative and quantitative studies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute consumer research studies (quantitative and qualitative).
• Own and evolve consumer segmentation to tailor messaging and channels.
• Leverage shopper insights for retail launches and omni-channel content strategies.
• Monitor trends and competitive activity in wellness and beverages.
• Use analytics to inform strategic direction and present to leadership.
• Coordinate with external research vendors and internal data teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights.
