Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to lead end-to-end studies, from exploratory qualitative work to quantitative analysis, translating consumer needs into actionable product insights across our hardware and software.

You will own ongoing customer sentiment monitoring, manage vendors, and present concise narratives with strategic implications to guide product decisions. This is a remote US role with a preference for Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in consumer insights or market research, with at least 2 years supporting a software product.
• Hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong communication and ability to present complex insights clearly.
• Team player with distributed teams and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience designing and leading a research learning plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end studies using mixed methods, from secondary research to quantitative analyses.
• Adapt methodologies to timelines and risks while maintaining rigor.
• Monitor customer sentiment with ongoing feedback mechanisms and partner with teams.
• Serve as insights partner to product teams across the lifecycle.
• Identify actionable segmentation and persona development.
• Assess competitors to identify differentiators and opportunities.
• Support innovation with research to optimize products and features.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear strategic implications.
