Job summary

Ōura is seeking a senior-level UX Researcher to elevate the consumer journey across discovery, evaluation, purchase, and product management for our DTC eCommerce experience. This remote US role centers on global digital commerce, with opportunities to expand into Membership and B2B experiences.

You will spearhead qualitative studies, synthesize insights, and collaborate with Design, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive strategy and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading end-to-end user research studies that shape product strategy.
• Experience evaluating digital commerce platforms, B2B, SaaS, or complex web apps.
• Expertise in in-depth interviews, usability studies, synthesis, and drawing insights from small cohorts.
• Proficiency with AI-driven methods for recruitment, moderation, transcription, and knowledge sharing while upholding ethics and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives across digital commerce and enterprise portals from scope to actionable guidance.
• Design and conduct interviews, usability tests, concept testing, and other qualitative evaluations.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, Insights, Marketing, and Commercial teams to set priorities.
• Synthesize findings into journey maps, Jobs to Be Done, page goals, and friction analyses.
• Integrate qualitative insights with analytics, experiments, and heuristics to tell a cohesive story.
• Present themes to leadership linking customer motivations to business metrics.
• Improve internal research operations with scalable, repeatable workflows.
