Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field with strong quantitative skills.
• 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis research, preferably in consulting or academia.
• Proficiency in R and Bayesian methods for evidence synthesis.
• Experience with network meta-analysis, ITCs, and MAIC techniques.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent scientific writing.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HTA-compliant evidence synthesis studies and manage deliverables.
• Develop and execute analyses in R.
• Interpret results to support client business objectives.
• Synthesize data qualitatively.
• Manage staff to ensure high-quality and timely work; review outputs in detail.
