Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal to lead evidence synthesis projects for HTA and regulatory submissions, oversee junior staff, and manage timelines. You will guide data synthesis qualitatively and quantitatively across global teams and contribute to business development.

The role requires leading Bayesian NMAs/ITCs, strong project management, and excellent English communication. Remote work from the US is supported by IQVIA's globally integrated practice.

Qualifications

• Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences okay).
• 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in a pharma consulting environment.
• Must have 5+ years of experience as the client point of contact on projects.
• PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences okay).
• 5+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in a pharma consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of evidence synthesis projects to support HTA and/or regulatory submissions from pre-award to final delivery, as well as hands on development of deliverables
• Lead project teams to ensure the execution of rigorous and high quality deliverables according to timelines
• Expert ability to synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively, and guide junior staff
• Project management—manage projects, oversee the operational, financial, and administrative requirements of projects
• Business development—independently qualify leads, develop proposals, attend bid defenses, and manage the contracting process
• Support more senior staff on specific business initiatives as required
• Work effectively across time zones as part of a global team
