Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead evidence synthesis studies, manage junior staff, and deliver high-quality HTA projects remotely. The role requires expertise in network meta-analysis, Bayesian analyses in R, and client-facing communication.

You will design analyses, supervise staff, and collaborate across time zones in a global team. Candidates should have a Master’s in statistics (PhD preferred), 5+ years in evidence synthesis, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in statistics, epidemiology, economics, or related health sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis research, preferably in consulting or academia
• PhD in statistics, epidemiology, economics, or related health sciences (preferred)
• Proficient programming skills in R
• Expertise in evidence synthesis
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong scientific and logical writing with a track record of first‑author conference abstracts and manuscripts
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Commitment to collaboration, timely communication, and problem‑solving
• Good understanding of project management and personal organization skills

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HTA compliant evidence synthesis studies, project management, and deliverable development
• Develop and execute analyses in R
• Interpret results to support client business objectives
• Synthesize data qualitatively
• Manage staff to ensure high‑quality and timely work and review in detail the work that is produced
• Support senior staff on specific business initiatives as required
• Work independently and/or as part of a project team without supervision
• Work effectively across time zones as part of a global team
