Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in epidemiology or biostatistics (or related health sciences).
• 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in a pharma consulting environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading evidence synthesis projects and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of evidence synthesis projects to support HTA and regulatory submissions from pre-award to final delivery, and hands-on development of deliverables.
• Lead project teams to ensure execution of rigorous and high-quality deliverables within timelines.
• Synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively, guiding junior staff.
• Manage projects: operational, financial, and administrative requirements.
• Qualify leads, develop proposals, attend bid defenses, and manage contracting processes.
• Support senior staff on business initiatives as required.
• Collaborate across time zones as part of a global team.
