Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal to lead evidence synthesis projects for HTA and regulatory submissions. You will oversee junior staff, manage timelines, and collaborate across global time zones to deliver rigorous deliverables.

The role requires strong expertise in ITC, NMAs, and Bayesian analysis, plus excellent client-facing skills and fluency in English. Remote work within the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences acceptable).
• 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in pharma- consulting.
• PhD preferred in epidemiology/biostatistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of evidence synthesis projects to support HTA and/or regulatory submissions, from pre-award to final delivery.
• Lead project teams to ensure rigorous, high-quality deliverables within timelines.
• Synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively; guide junior staff.
• Project management: manage projects, finances, and administration.
• Business development: qualify leads, develop proposals, attend bid defenses, manage contracting.
• Support more senior staff on business initiatives as required.
• Collaborate across time zones as part of a global team.
