Qualifications

• Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences okay).
• 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in a pharma consulting environment.
• Fluency in English with strong business/scientific written English.
• Lead projects that include Bayesian NMAs and ITCs; meta-analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of evidence synthesis projects to support HTA and regulatory submissions from pre-award to final delivery, and hands-on deliverables.
• Lead project teams to ensure rigorous, high-quality deliverables on time.
• Synthesize data qualitatively and quantitatively; guide junior staff.
• Manage projects, including operational, financial, and administrative requirements.
• Develop proposals, attend bid defenses, and manage contracting processes.
• Support more senior staff on business initiatives as required.
• Collaborate effectively across time zones as part of a global team.
