Qualifications

• Master’s degree in statistics or related health sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis research.
• PhD in statistics/epidemiology/economics (preferred).
• Proficient in R programming.
• Strong scientific writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HTA-compliant evidence synthesis studies and deliverables.
• Develop and execute analyses in R.
• Interpret results to support client objectives.
• Synthesize data qualitatively.
• Manage staff to ensure quality and timeliness, review work in detail.
• Support senior staff on business initiatives as needed.
• Work independently or on a project team without supervision.
• Collaborate across time zones as part of a global team.
