Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead evidence synthesis projects, manage junior staff, and deliver results for clients. The role requires strong statistical knowledge, project management skills, and excellent communication across global teams.

You will design analyses in R, perform Bayesian methods and ITCs, and ensure HTA-compliant outputs. Remote work is supported, with collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in statistics, epidemiology, economics, or related health sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis research.
• PhD in statistics, epidemiology, economics, or related health sciences (preferred).
• Proficient programming skills in R.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Bayesian analyses and ITCs in R.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong scientific writing.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HTA compliant evidence synthesis studies, project management, and deliverable development
• Develop and execute analyses in R
• Interpret results to support client business objectives
• Synthesize data qualitatively
• Manage staff to ensure high-quality and timely work
• Support senior staff on business initiatives
• Work independently and as part of a project team across time zones
