Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of E&S construction underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting middle-market construction accounts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Manage larger, more complex accounts and pricing decisions.
• Engage with brokers, respond timely, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and renewal policy applications for risk classification and pricing.
• Adhere to underwriting authority directives and company guidelines.
• Maintain and organize bound files, worksheets, and communications.
• Support others with underwriting procedures and guidance.
• Travel occasionally as needed (up to 25%).
