Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and renewal policy applications, classify risk, set ratings and pricing.
• Respond to broker inquiries within designated timeframe.
• Create and maintain binding files and underwriting worksheets.
• Adhere to company underwriting directives and guidelines.
• Serve as a resource to staff on underwriting procedures.
• Develop understanding of factors that affect policy rating and risk.
