Qualifications

• Strong CM and release engineering experience in regulated or federal environments.
• Experience with CM practices: identification, baselining, change control, status accounting.
• Proficiency with source control and branching/merging strategies.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools and artifact repositories.
• Scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Infrastructure as code and environment management (Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with QA, DevOps, and build reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex software builds/releases across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software.
• Design/build procedures to support product development and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on CM practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and train junior analysts/engineers.
• Ensure repeatable, compliant build and deployment processes across projects.
